Compact forestry crane designed for the BMF2T1 Forestry Trailer.

The BMF440 Forestry Crane is a compact yet capable timber crane developed specifically for the BMF2T1 Forestry Trailer. With a 4.4 m reach, optimized lifting geometry and protected hydraulics, it delivers smooth, reliable performance for private forestry, firewood production and everyday timber handling.

The BMF440 Forestry Crane is engineered to provide professional performance in a compact package. Designed exclusively for the BMF2T1 Forestry Trailer, it combines low weight with excellent lifting capability, making it ideal for transporting and handling timber in forests where manoeuvrability is essential.

The crane features an optimized lifting geometry and a long telescopic extension, providing excellent reach and efficient loading throughout the working area. A large slewing cylinder ensures smooth and powerful crane rotation, while the protected hydraulic system with internally routed hoses—including the hoses to the rotator—reduces the risk of damage during everyday forestry work.

Compatible with the BMF C10 grapple, the BMF440 can be equipped with practical accessories such as an integrated winch and LED work light, allowing the crane to be adapted to a wide range of forestry applications. Together with the BMF2T1 trailer, it forms a compact, durable and highly efficient timber handling system.
