Compact forestry crane with 5.4 m reach for efficient timber loading and log handling.

BMF540 is a compact and sturdy forestry crane with a total reach of 5.4 m. Equipped with a single telescope, it gives extra reach while remaining practical for smaller forestry operations, farms, forest owners and landowners who need reliable timber handling equipment.

The crane can be mounted on compatible BMF forestry trailers or directly on a tractor using a three-point attachment with a support leg. Its wide-angle linkage system supports smooth movement and efficient loading, making BMF540 suitable for log handling, firewood work and general forestry tasks.

BMF540 shares the key advantages of larger BMF logging cranes: a durable turning house and column, powder-coated surface, protected hydraulic lines and easily accessible greasing points. The boom is made from SSAB Strenx® performance steel and carries the My Inner Strenx® quality sign for strength and durability. BMF540 can also be customized with BMF crane accessories for different timber loading and forestry tasks.
